Run jointly by Property Casualty 360 – National Underwriter and American Agent & Broker, the CAAFE program recognizes insurance agencies that serve as role models for their peers in three categories: Recruitment, Training & Perpetuation; Sales & Marketing; and Best Agency Websites.

The CAAFE program evaluates agencies on growth and development, management of client relationships, technology aptitude and efficiency, innovative solutions to sales challenges, and projections and maintenance of brand identity. An independent panel of judges, which included Jeff Yates, executive director of the Agents Council for Technology, and Steve Anderson, insurance technology consultant, graded each entry of the Best Agency Websites category on appearance, mobility, brand awareness and multimedia.
ECI was chosen as a winner due to its insurance website design, mobile optimization, client services available, social media integration, ease of use and content quality.
